Pursuant to the Safety Recall email from Columbus McKinnon for Magnetek Flex TX units:
~ Akostar is providing this $0.00 Purchase Order towards Magnetek Safety Recall of 8EX2-TX and 12EX2-TX units
~ Akostar has elected Option #2 from the Columbus McKinnon Safety recall email
~ Option 2: Users can request a replacement transmitter and shipping label using the RMA process.
~ Please ship a replacement 8EX2/12EX2 transmitter unit programmed to the Sn+Ch below
~ please include a UPS return label so that we may promptly return the customers TX units
~ after we receive the new replacement TX units, we will ship the version 148 units within a week of receiving the replacement TX units
