PB layout of proposed Hand-Held TX unit: 12EX2-TX with special programming
~ row 1: Hoist…… Up Dwn ……. 1 or 2 speed control, relay outputs from Tr-Hst-RX
~ row 2: Trolley…. Fwd Rev …… 1 or 2 speed control, relay outputs from Tr-Hst-RX
~ row 3: Select…. A B ………… default is select relay closed, and toggle action on/off *
~ row 4: Select…. _ C ………… default is select relay closed, and toggle action on/off *
~ row 5: Select…. 1 2 …………. 1 or 2 never both, as relay outputs from Rx1 and Rx2 **
~ row 6: Bridge… Fwd Rev ……. 1 or 2 speed control
Notes:
* Hoist Select (A, B, C), will have relays NC select relays, so that on powerup all three select relays are closed, the select buttons will be labeled as: (A, B, C)
** Bridge RX units will have outputs for: Main on/off, select relays 1,2 (wherein you use relay 1 or rely 2 in series with your Bridge controls), one relay will always be closed, the relay will stay closed upon power down and power up of the TX unit thereby have memory of last selection
*** there are no Select indicator lights on the TX, this application requires indicator lights installed (by others) on the Hoists and Bridges
~ this special system includes: 1-TX, 3-RX (2 for Bridges, & 1-Troll/Hoist), all 115Vac control
